All rates are quoted per person per day, and are based on a two-night minimum (for Friday through Sunday reservations). You will be billed a per person rate for two nights. We will not pro-rate charges for participants who only stay one night. Rates include three meals per day. Guests who do not attend meals are still charged (there is no pro-rate for missed meals). When making a reservation, a deposit of $10/person is required within 45 days of receiving the Confirmation Form to secure your reservation. Minimum $50 deposit for reservation of 5 or less.

Cancellations 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, grant a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations 89-60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, grant a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival, you will lose your entire deposit.
Shrine Mont reserves the right to cancel 60 days in advance.
So we may prepare adequately for your arrival, you must indicate the number of people you guarantee will be at your conference. You must inform us of this guaranteed number at least ten days prior to your arrival.
If the guarantee is not met within 10%, you will be billed full adult rate on the difference between the guarantee and the actual attendance. For example, if 100 people are guaranteed and 80 attend, Shrine Mont will allow 10% shrinkage (to 90 people). Your group will be charged for the 90 at full rate.
Our staffing, food purchasing and housekeeping scheduling are arranged based on your original estimate of participants. If you find that you do not expect to use all the beds you reserve, please let us know right away. In addition, before increasing your allotted bed space, you must obtain approval from Shrine Mont to ensure that space is available.
In order to maintain your standing dates, we require that you officially re-book the date from year to year; otherwise we will assume that you are forfeiting your date. Re-booking procedures include a $10 per person, minimum $50, deposit within 60 days of your departure along with a completed confirmation form.
Shrine Mont will bill your organization after the end of the retreat. The organization’s coordinator will fill out a Check-Out Form at the front desk before departing. Payment is expected within 10 days of receiving your bill. Checks should be made payable to Shrine Mont. VISA and MasterCard are accepted for individual reservations.
