Devote a weekend to your well-being and reawaken gently with yoga and meditation this spring. Spend three beautiful days in the quaint village of Orkney Springs enjoying indoor and outdoor yoga practices (Hatha, Yin, and Gentle Yoga*), along with breathwork and yoga nidra for deep relaxation.
Find rest and renewal through daily meditation practices and time in nature. Shrine Mont, a step back in time, offers beautiful hiking and space for contemplative strolls, a labyrinth, and homestyle southern meals. Chefs are able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diets.
Debbie and Lisen will be your hosts for the weekend. Lisen (RYT 200) is a full-time yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and holistic health coach who works out of Harrisonburg, VA. She loves to read, write, explore worlds near and far, and spend time with family and friends. Debbie (RYT 200) teaches yoga at two local wellness centers and spends most of her time enjoying family and friends in her retirement years from the corporate world. She lives with her husband Joe in Harrisonburg. They have been leading retreats together since 2019.
*In order to keep these yoga practices accessible to all, any Vinyasa or flow sequences will be more gently paced.
