Painting Creation Workshop

Choosing oil or watercolor, you’ll join students at all levels painting “en plein aire” in the beautiful mountains surrounding historic Shrine Mont. Students will start with the basics and work through the process of creating a painting with each day taking you to a new location.

Theodora currently teaches art and design for Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and for the Fairfax County Park Authority. She received her MFA degree from Syracuse University, and a BFA from the Hartford Art School. Her paintings have been shown in more than one hundred and fifty juried and individual shows across the country. She is a signature member of nine nationally recognized painting societies, including the Virginia Watercolor Society. She is the winner of the 2010 Merchandise Award from the Oklahoma Watercolor Society as well as the winner of the Da Vinci Paint Award, Georgia Watercolor Society 2007, among others.
